Non-tenure line faculty position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor in Spatial Data Science. The successful candidate will teach and advise students in Penn State's online geospatial education programs. Six courses taught per year with a combination of course development, teaching, and program administration. Candidates should have experience in spatial data science with emphasis on cartography, geovisualization, spatial statistics, web mapping, and GeoAI. Ph.D. required by July 1, 2026. 36-week appointment funded for initial three-year term with strong expectation of renewal.
