Woolpert seeks an Aviation Geospatial Program Director (Remote - United States) to collaborate with aviation practice leadership to expand the company's aviation geospatial services. Key duties include developing new business pipelines across the US and potentially internationally, fostering partnerships within the aviation consulting industry, and guiding practice growth based on emerging trends and funding opportunities. The director will maintain thought-leader status through exceptional client service, oversee cross-functional team collaboration, manage financial metrics including profit/loss and utilization rates, lead client presentations, and conduct quality reviews of project deliverables from planning through completion. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience developing geospatial solutions, preferably in aviation; a current Professional Surveying license or GISP certification is required; expertise in airfield assessment, airport planning, FAA protocols, and obstruction analysis; knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars (AC 150/5300 series) is mandatory. Approximately 50% travel. Compensation $165,000 - $206,200 USD.
