Cartographer

This is a Cartographer, GS-1370-12 position with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division in Fort Worth, TX. Maintain a suite of mapping products for briefing the Navigation and Project Operations Branch missions. Ensure quality assurance and accuracy of enterprise-level geospatial data. Design and implement workflows for creating, editing, and delivering geospatial data to the desktop. Conduct field investigations in areas with marshes, swamps, or rugged terrain to assess, locate, evaluate, and interpret geographic features. Provides technical expertise in geographic information systems and cartographic production in support of district real estate and project operations missions.
