Leidos seeks a mission-focused individual with deep expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise deployment and administration in federated and multi-enclave DoD environments for the Distributed Common Ground System–Navy (DCGS-N). This role contributes to mission-critical geospatial capabilities that directly support national security. Key Responsibilities: Support the creation of interactive spatial products using ArcGIS Enterprise applications (Dashboards, Experience Builder, StoryMaps); collaborate with system administrators, developers, and mission analysts to integrate GIS services with enterprise applications; produce detailed technical documentation, configuration baselines, and SOPs in alignment with DoD and NIST standards; develop geospatial automation tools and workflows using Python (ArcGIS API for Python, geoprocessing scripts). Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience; US Citizen with currently active DoD Secret clearance and ability to upgrade to TS/SCI; 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing ArcGIS Enterprise (10.9.1 or newer); strong Linux (RHEL preferred) system administration experience; Python scripting skills; deep understanding of federated server configurations and enclave-separated GIS systems. Preferred Qualifications: GISP certification; experience with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3+; DevSecOps practices including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible); enterprise databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS or SQL Server.
