Dewberry is seeking a Geospatial Data Analyst in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to support geospatial data processing and analysis for federal and state mapping projects. The role involves LiDAR data processing, editing, and quality control, creating hydrographic break lines, and managing geospatial datasets. Key responsibilities include processing and editing LiDAR point cloud data to meet project specifications, creating and editing hydrographic break lines for elevation data products, performing quality assurance and quality control checks on deliverables, maintaining geospatial databases and organizing project data, producing digital elevation models (DEMs), contour maps, and other derived products, and collaborating with project managers and senior analysts on deliverable timelines. Requires a conceptual understanding of elevation data and LiDAR as well as past experience with ArcMap and/or ArcPro. Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. Experience with LiDAR editing and geospatial data processing tools required.
