Geospatial Data Engineer

BAE Systems is hiring a Geospatial Data Engineer to support intelligence and defense operations at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The role involves designing and implementing geospatial data pipelines, managing large-scale spatial databases, and developing automated workflows for processing and analyzing geospatial intelligence data. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining geospatial data infrastructure, developing ETL processes for multi-source intelligence data, creating and maintaining geodatabases and spatial data warehouses, implementing data quality assurance and validation procedures, developing Python and SQL-based automation tools for geospatial data processing, collaborating with imagery analysts and GEOINT professionals on data requirements, managing ArcGIS Enterprise environments and spatial data services, and supporting machine learning workflows with geospatial training data preparation. Requirements include experience with ESRI ArcGIS platform, Python programming, SQL database management, and geospatial data standards. Knowledge of intelligence community data formats and classification requirements essential. Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
