Geospatial Program Manager

The Leidos Intelligence Production Solutions Division is seeking a dynamic and visionary Geospatial Program Manager with Fixed Price Project/Program Manager experience to work onsite in Springfield, Virginia and support the Program Management Office (PMO) by providing strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and comprehensive program support. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a diverse set of geospatial disciplines that deliver high-quality services and products that contribute to commercial intel mission. The ideal candidate will drive innovation by integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of production workflows, while ensuring all project activities are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and performance. Requires PMP or equivalent certification (candidates required to complete PMP within 1-year of start), demonstrated experience managing Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) within customer footprints with a focus on geospatial work and mission-critical operations, prior geospatial experience either technically or via managing geospatial solutions, demonstrated history of innovation within the intelligence or geospatial analysis community, and familiarity with emerging AI technologies. Top Secret/SCI clearance required. 10% travel.
