AECOM is seeking a Geospatial Systems Engineer to manage and develop ESRI Enterprise infrastructure, ArcGIS Online environments, and custom geospatial applications. The role supports Environment, Transportation, and Water business lines by delivering mobile and web GIS solutions for infrastructure management, environmental permitting, and asset management. Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal deployments, developing custom web applications using ArcGIS JavaScript API and Experience Builder, configuring and maintaining ArcGIS Online organizational accounts, supporting mobile GIS deployments using Field Maps, Survey123, and Collector, automating workflows using Python and ArcGIS API for Python, and providing technical guidance to project teams on geospatial technology solutions. This position may be based in North Carolina with the possibility of remote work from other states. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, or related field, plus experience with Esri enterprise GIS architecture and administration. Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and geospatial web services are expected.
