GIS Analyst - 911 Liaison

Manages geospatial databases for emergency response, ensuring accurate and timely emergency responses through effective management of the geospatial database for 911 addresses. Responsibilities include GIS analysis, geocoding, mapping, and maintaining datasets for road centerlines and jurisdictional boundaries. Creates, edits, and validates spatial data from external sources. Updates and verifies addresses in the GIS system for emergency response. Supports automated workflows using FME and ETL methodologies. Provides GIS support to county departments. Develops procedures and maintains web mapping applications. Ensures compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, and information security protocols. Requires Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience in Public Safety). One year professional experience with ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online preferred.
