GIS Analyst - Water

Stantec is seeking a GIS Analyst to join a dynamic 5-person GIS group within the Water Delivery business unit, supporting projects across the western United States. The position offers flexible work arrangements across multiple office locations including Denver, Sacramento, Walnut Creek, Rocklin, San Diego, Irvine, Pasadena, Portland, Redding, Bakersfield, Fresno, and Thousand Oaks. The GIS Analyst will support water infrastructure, utility, and environmental projects using Esri ArcGIS technology. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining GIS databases, performing spatial analysis for water resource planning and asset management, creating maps and visualizations for engineering projects, building web mapping applications using ArcGIS Online and Experience Builder, and supporting field data collection using mobile GIS tools. Required qualifications include a minimum of 1-4 years of professional applied experience providing GIS services, a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or related field, and proficiency with Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise).
