Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority in Kent, WA is hiring a GIS Analyst. Under supervision of the Deputy Chief of Strategic Planning, this role manages the fire authority's geographic information system program. The analyst translates operational needs into accurate GIS data products while maintaining datasets, workflows, and applications supporting emergency response and business decisions. Key responsibilities: administer the GIS environment including software, user access, and workflows; maintain GIS datasets through updates, validation, and quality control; develop standardized map products and web applications using Esri tools; perform spatial analysis for emergency response planning and resource deployment; build ArcGIS Online services including Experience Builder and Survey123 applications; coordinate with internal departments and partner agencies on GIS needs; use Python and SQL for automating routine GIS tasks; and provide user support and maintain technical documentation. Required: bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Urban/Regional Planning, or related field; three years progressive GIS experience with demonstrated Esri ArcGIS knowledge.
