Under general supervision, performs technical and professional work in support of SBCTA's Geographic Information System (GIS) program. Collaborates with SBCTA staff to analyze and discuss GIS requests and needs. Generates maps, reports, and related graphic materials. Maintains GIS databases and GIS-based transportation models. Journey-level classification responsible for performing the full range of technical and professional GIS duties assigned, working independently, and exercising independent judgment and initiative.
