GIS Analyst

The Town of Parker is hiring a GIS Analyst. The role involves developing geographic information systems applications and managing system administration for software and hardware. Key duties include maintaining spatial and tabular data, managing municipal development projects related to stormwater infrastructure and roadway maintenance, conducting GIS system research and implementation, and providing customer support for desktop and web-based applications. The position requires preparing mapping products, developing desktop and web applications, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing data quality procedures. A bachelor's degree in geography, urban planning, computer science, geology, or related field with two years of GIS experience is required. Candidates must possess or readily obtain a valid Colorado driver's license.
