GIS & Conservation Planning Intern

Lowcountry Land Trust is seeking a GIS & Conservation Planning Intern for Summer 2026. This hybrid position in Charleston, SC provides geospatial data management and analysis support to the land protection team. Interns will experience how a land trust conducts community and landscape-scale conservation and how GIS tools advance its work. The position is part-time (20 hours per week) for a 10-week seasonal term from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026. Candidates should have interest in or experience with GIS, conservation planning, land use, or environmental science. Duties involve supporting the land protection team with geospatial analysis, data management, and mapping to advance conservation priorities in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
