GIS Developer

Leidos seeks a skilled GIS developer to collaborate with the product owner, other developers, and test engineers on the team to produce high quality GIS software and tools that deliver business value and follow established design patterns and processes. Job Number R-00177373. Required Core Skills: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, Python, C#, .Net ArcGIS API, REST web services, Enterprise Geodatabase, Database Replica, Oracle database. Key Responsibilities: Independently develop, code or modify, test, and debug application programs of varying degrees of complexity; work with business users to develop requirements and implement acceptance tests to ensure products meet customer requirements; actively engage in process improvement initiatives; use best development practices and appropriate patterns to develop required software solutions; formulate and define system scope and objectives based on individual user needs. Qualifications: BS degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or master's with 3+ years; 3+ years working experience with ArcGIS Pro, Python, C#, .Net, ArcGIS API, REST web services, Enterprise Geodatabase; experience in full software lifecycle development with .NET, full stack development, REST Web Services; working knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD methodologies; US Citizen or US Person with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. $1,000 External Referral Bonus.
