GIS Professional Scientist

Tetra Tech is adding a qualified Geographic Information System (GIS) Professional Scientist to join their Honolulu, Hawaii office. This position will support a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced consulting environment, with a focus on GIS analysis, geospatial data and database management, mobile data collection, and map/figure creation. The GIS Professional Scientist will work on environmental consulting projects across the Pacific region, applying spatial analysis and geospatial technologies to support environmental assessments, remediation planning, and natural resource management. Responsibilities include conducting GIS analyses using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, developing and maintaining geospatial databases, creating maps and cartographic products for project deliverables, performing field data collection using mobile GIS applications such as Survey123 and Field Maps, and providing GIS technical support to project teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field with relevant professional experience.
