GIS Program Manager

Maricopa County, Arizona is seeking a GIS Program Manager to lead the county's enterprise GIS program. This senior position involves overseeing GIS strategy, operations, and staff across multiple county departments. Key responsibilities include managing the enterprise GIS program including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, supervising GIS analysts and technicians, coordinating GIS initiatives across county departments including assessor, recorder, transportation, and emergency management, managing ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure and licensing, developing and implementing GIS data standards and governance policies, leading web mapping application development projects, coordinating with regional partners on spatial data sharing and interoperability, presenting GIS capabilities and program status to county leadership, managing vendor relationships and procurement for GIS services, and supporting election mapping and redistricting with spatial analysis. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, public administration, or related field, plus 7+ years of professional GIS experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Expert proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS platform and enterprise GIS administration required. GISP certification preferred.
