GIS Solution Engineer - Commercial

Esri seeks a GIS expert to join an account team, serving as a subject matter expert who identifies appropriate analysis tools and communicates GIS value to customers facing complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Build client relationships by presenting Esri solutions as part of account teams. Develop expertise in specific industries (Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Insurance) and ArcGIS technology. Design solutions demonstrating how GIS addresses customer business challenges. Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations at conferences. Core Requirements: 2+ years with Esri technology (mapping, spatial analysis, web applications). 1+ years in target industries. IT knowledge of ArcGIS infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Technical consulting and solution design experience. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. 25-50% travel capability. Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field. U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available). Recommended Qualifications: Troubleshooting deployment issues. Software integration experience with BI, CRM, ERP systems. Real-time data stream integration knowledge. AI/Machine learning familiarity. Python and JavaScript experience. Master's degree in related field. Salary Range: $76,960–$126,880 USD.
