GIS Solution Engineer - Geo Experience Center

Esri seeks a GIS expert to join the Geo Experience team. The position involves advising customers on complex business challenges while demonstrating how GIS technology identifies patterns and trends. Geo Experience Solution Engineers are part of a highly skilled team that helps shape strategies on the effective adoption and use of Esri technologies, and presents and demonstrates geospatial solutions and capabilities to executives and strategic customers when they visit the Esri campus. Key Responsibilities: Build Relationships — present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the Geo Experience team; Subject Matter Expertise — become knowledgeable in multiple industries and ArcGIS technologies, communicate Esri's vision to customers; Problem-Solving — proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value by addressing client challenges; Communication — present technical demonstrations to diverse audiences, share best practices at conferences and trade shows. Core Requirements: 2+ years with Esri technology (mapping, spatial analysis, web applications); 1+ years of industry experience; programming skills in Python and JavaScript; ArcGIS IT knowledge (hardware, security, cloud computing); technical consulting and solution design background; geodatabase and DBMS experience; travel availability (25-50%); bachelor's degree in related field; U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship). Salary Range: $76,960–$126,880 USD.
