GIS Specialist III

Analyzes, designs, develops, maintains and supports GIS Data, Solutions and Environments for County and public use. Collaborates with developers and business analysts in designing and developing GIS applications, builds applications to specifications, and provides application support to end users. Gathers, analyzes, and integrates spatial data from various sources to create maps and applications. Performs topology checks and data quality checks. Creates, organizes, and updates GIS datasets. Performs geo-spatial data editing, user support, data collection support, map production, and support of multi-user editing environments.
