GIS Specialist

The City of Bothell seeks a dedicated professional for the Employee and Technology Services Department's GIS Division. This role involves collaborating with the GIS Team and supporting multiple divisions and departments while delivering specialized, advanced spatial data and analytics, enterprise system design, data maintenance, and technical guidance. Key Responsibilities: Support all City Departments including Public Works, Community Development, Parks, Fire, and Police. Lead significant projects or work independently on design, development, and recommendation of critical enterprise GIS business systems. Research and deploy custom GIS tools, web applications, dashboards, and mobile solutions. Perform advanced data analytics including spatial and geo-statistical analysis. Leverage Esri enterprise products including ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise Server, and ArcGIS Online. Execute expert data management including geodatabase design, data maintenance, workflow development, and database optimization. Provide technical guidance to staff and conduct training on GIS technologies. Salary Range: $102,394.51–$130,189.09 annually. Schedule: 5/8's Monday–Friday with flexible start times; onsite for approximately four months, then hybrid work available.
