HG GEOINT Mission Technical Lead

Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks a technical lead for its Human Geography GEOINT program. The role bridges scientific research and operational intelligence missions by coordinating support for capabilities including LandScan, Population Density Tables (PDT), UrbanPop, and rapid population updates. Key responsibilities include providing technical coordination across interdisciplinary research teams, translating mission requirements into program deliverables, managing complex workflows, and engaging with sponsors and defense/intelligence community stakeholders. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in geospatial science, geography, or related field, 10+ years of GEOINT or operational intelligence experience, demonstrated program leadership and mission-focused operations management, and experience in national security or Intelligence Community environments. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, large multidisciplinary team leadership experience, population modeling or geospatial analytics expertise, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
