Image Analyst

Maxar Technologies is hiring an Image Analyst to join their team in Westminster, Colorado. The role involves processing satellite data into a variety of Maxar product offerings and assisting various production teams with surging product demands. Key responsibilities include processing and quality-checking satellite imagery products, performing orthorectification, mosaicking, and color balancing of satellite images, measuring tie and control points, running triangulation, processing orthos and orthomosaics, and updating and analyzing digital elevation models. The analyst will work with both optical and radar satellite imagery to produce high-quality geospatial data products. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, geospatial sciences, or related field, experience with remote sensing software and satellite image processing, and attention to detail.
