The Infrastructure Protection GIS Analyst provides geospatial expertise supporting Colorado's critical infrastructure resilience within the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) at the Colorado Information Analysis Center. Main duties include conducting physical security evaluations of critical infrastructure across DHS-defined sectors, managing data within ESRI ArcGIS and Critical Infrastructure Reporting Tool (CIRT), developing maps and dashboards, monitoring Dataminr alerts and integrating threat data into GIS models for situational awareness, validating data sources and establishing sharing agreements, ensuring data integrity and security, providing on-call GIS assistance during State Emergency Operations Center activations, and preparing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments for diverse stakeholders. Requires 3 years professional GIS experience with public safety/homeland security agencies, or combined education and relevant experience totaling 3 years. Colorado residency required at application. Must obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance (DHS). Salary: $78,828 - $106,524 annually. Grant-funded position with hybrid work arrangement.
