The Department of the Air Force (AFELM NORTHCOM JV JTFN) is hiring an Intelligence Specialist serving as a Geospatial Engineer responsible for providing geographic data that supports tactical-to-operational level planning for collection, analysis, and production on Counter-Drug and related Transnational Organized Crime threats within the Joint Task Force-North Area of Responsibility. Duties include serving as Geospatial Engineering Subject Matter Expert providing timely, accurate geospatial information supporting operations; delivering mission-tailored data, tactical decision aids, and visualization products enabling command visualization of operational environments; and managing GIS architecture and serving as geospatial enterprise proponent for programs, policies, and governance. Requires expertise in geospatial engineering operations, familiarity with DoD and law enforcement intelligence systems, knowledge of cartography, remote sensing, and topography. Must have proficiency with commercial geospatial software and USG geospatial database experience. Top Secret/SCI clearance mandatory. GS-12 equivalent grade level, salary $89,508-$116,362/year.
