Jr. Imagery Analyst (Data Annotation)

Maxar Technologies is seeking a motivated Jr. Imagery Analyst (Data Annotation Specialist) to join their team. You will work on the front lines of training and validating computer vision models by annotating and reviewing electro-optical (EO), synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and other commercial satellite imagery. Key responsibilities include annotating satellite imagery for machine learning model training, reviewing and validating data annotation quality, supporting the development of geospatial AI products, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers on computer vision projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, geospatial sciences, or related field. Candidates must be locally based in the DC metro region with willingness to work in Herndon, VA, Falls Church, VA, and/or Springfield, VA.
