Muskegon County GIS Technician

Under the general direction of the Equalization Director and Deputy Equalization Director, performs a variety of analytical and technical tasks involving the development, maintenance, and management of various Geographic Information System (GIS) data. Creates and maintains GIS related data within Muskegon County's Enterprise GIS. Assists in reviewing legal and tax roll property descriptions and the creation, analysis, and production of maps and GIS datasets. Requires Associate's Degree or equivalent with certificate or degree in geography, geographic information systems, computer science, or closely related field, AND minimum six months working experience using ESRI's ArcGIS software.
