Senior Geospatial Analyst

Supports the Department of Public Works, Asset Management Division at El Paso County. Focuses on geospatial data visualization and analysis to drive infrastructure decisions. Works with high independence managing multiple priorities while serving as a subject matter expert in GIS applications and asset management systems. Develops visualizations and applications transforming raw data into actionable insights. Maintains asset data inventories across enterprise systems. Conducts geospatial analysis, creates maps and reports, performs quality control on datasets, manages field data collection. Designs automation scripts, provides training to DPW staff, and assists with workflow integration between asset management and GIS systems. Requires Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Cartography, Computer Science, or related field, six years GIS or related experience, GPS data collection experience, prior asset management experience. Proficiency in ArcGIS, Python, SQL, Power BI required. Salary: $43.44-$65.15/hr (hiring range $46.06-$50.00).
