Senior GIS Applications Analyst

The City of Moreno Valley is seeking a Senior GIS Applications Analyst to support the city's enterprise GIS environment through advanced-level analysis, programming, and administration. Key responsibilities include developing GIS databases and applications, providing technical support for GIS users across all departments, managing web-based GIS content, performing data modeling and system integration, creating and maintaining documentation for GIS procedures, developing automated workflows and geoprocessing tools, administering ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments, and coordinating GIS projects with IT and other city departments. The position offers flexible scheduling with 4/10 (Tuesday-Friday) or a 9/80 work week options. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT, geography, computer science, engineering, or related field, plus minimum 5 years progressively responsible GIS applications experience. Experience with ESRI technologies and database management required. Desirable: 3+ years with platforms like Accela, Laserfiche, New World ERP, or AutoCAD. Ideal candidate is an experienced GIS professional excelling in technical depth and collaboration, comfortable managing complex projects independently. Salary: $98,529.60-$138,736.00 annually.
