Senior GIS Applications Analyst

The Senior GIS Applications Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the City of Moreno Valley's enterprise GIS environment. Under general supervision, this position performs advanced-level GIS applications analysis, programming, configuration, and administration across multiple systems and platforms. Collaborates with internal departments to design, develop, and deliver customized geospatial solutions supporting citywide planning, infrastructure, and public service initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining GIS databases and applications, providing tier-two technical support, managing web-based GIS content, performing data modeling and system integration, and preparing detailed technical documentation. The position works with high independence, may lead GIS projects, and provides technical guidance to other GIS team members. Salary: $98,529.60 - $138,736.00 annually.
