Sr. GIS Solution Engineer - AEC

Esri seeks a senior geospatial expert to join an account team, advising customers on complex business challenges. The role combines technical leadership with customer engagement, focusing on demonstrating how GIS technology delivers business value to enterprise clients in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector. Key responsibilities: present and support Esri software solutions to enterprise-level decision makers; serve as technical leader and subject matter expert for AEC and environmental consulting; develop complex solutions aligned with strategic customers' business needs; design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences; provide configuration guidance and best practices. Required: 5+ years with Esri technology (mapping, spatial analysis, web applications); 3+ years in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries; broad ArcGIS knowledge from IT perspective (hardware, security, cloud computing); technical consulting and solution design experience; understanding of sales and business development processes; troubleshooting expertise for Esri deployments; geodatabase and DBMS experience; cloud computing knowledge (Azure or AWS); programming experience (Python, JavaScript); bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field; U.S. work authorization; 25-50% travel.
