Sr. GIS Solution Engineer - AEC

Esri seeks a geospatial subject matter expert to join their account team. The role involves advising customers on complex business challenges and demonstrating how GIS technology identifies patterns and trends. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building - Present and support Esri software sales within account teams, accessing enterprise decision-makers and leading technical meetings. Technical Leadership - Serve as an Esri technology expert and AEC industry specialist, developing complex solutions for strategic customers. Problem Solving - Proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to customers. Storytelling - Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences at major conferences. Core Requirements: 5+ years with Esri technology (mapping, spatial analysis, web applications); 3+ years in AEC or environmental consulting; Strong ArcGIS IT knowledge (hardware, security, networking, cloud); Technical consulting and solution design experience; Geodatabase and DBMS expertise; Python and JavaScript proficiency; Remarkable presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills; 25-50% travel capability; Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field; U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship). Compensation: $98,592-$173,576 USD base, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and 80+ vacation hours annually.
