Sr Imagery Analyst

BAE Systems seeks an experienced Sr Imagery Analyst supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The role demands expertise in intelligence analysis, military affairs, and geospatial software to produce intelligence and imagery products. The position focuses on providing analysis services in machine learning disciplines, facilitating the creation and verification of training data for AI platforms. Candidates must apply photointerpretation skills to imagery and multi-INT sources to identify, categorize, and annotate target objects with strong order of battle expertise. Requirements include 8+ years of demonstrated imagery or geospatial analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at national or military operational levels, order of battle expertise with knowledge of air, sea, and ground equipment, proficiency with GIS software including SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, QGIS, RemoteView, ERDAS IMAGINE, ENVI, and Google Earth, certified imagery schoolhouse or Geospatial Intelligence Training Program attendance, machine learning training data creation and annotation experience, targeting and precision point mensuration background, GPC-F and IA-II certification capability, and training and mentoring experience with junior staff. Preferred qualifications include multi-INT and multi-modal imagery expertise, ESRI ArcPro experience, geodatabase management skills, Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field, and Python scripting and geospatial modeling proficiency. Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Salary: $95,106-$161,680 per year.
