Technical Consultant - ArcGIS

The role involves collaborating with customers to develop geospatial solutions and address complex location-based challenges. The position supports Defense and Intelligence sector customers across multiple industries, enabling them to leverage location intelligence for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Partner with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform; deliver platform configuration guidance and best practices using Esri technology for innovative solutions; assess location value within customer operations and maximize return on Esri platform investments; suggest relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions while preparing implementation and migration plans; present complex GIS technical demonstrations to diverse organizational levels; align customer IT objectives and business goals with Esri's enterprise technology offerings. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years professional experience in comparable GIS consulting roles; hands-on experience designing, implementing, or administrating enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS (Desktop, Server, Online); demonstrated expertise with Esri capabilities: mapping, field operations, spatial analysis, 3D visualization, data management, developer APIs; ability to identify how GIS delivers business value for Intelligence domain challenges; proven background with GIS workflow automation patterns; strong communication skills; US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility; Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, GIS, or STEM-related field. Compensation: Estimated base salary range $84,240-$142,480 USD.
