Technical Consultant

Esri seeks a Technical Consultant within the Professional Services Division to facilitate deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise and a broad array of other software offerings, focusing on geospatial technology implementation and innovation. Responsibilities include evaluating customer needs and recommending ArcGIS Enterprise architecture solutions, deploying and configuring ArcGIS Enterprise across varied environments (on-premises, cloud, multiple operating systems), guiding IT and GIS teams through implementation decisions, communicating technical concepts to both specialized and non-technical audiences, diagnosing deployment issues, assessing performance needs using industry-standard tools, recommending optimization and monitoring strategies, and sharing knowledge within Esri's technical community. Requires 5+ years supporting enterprise geospatial technology implementation, ArcGIS Enterprise deployment experience, strong technical communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or related STEM field. Recommended qualifications include Windows OS and IT infrastructure familiarity, Python or PowerShell scripting experience, and ArcGIS Online configuration background. Salary range: $82,160-$138,320 USD.
