UAS Drone Pilot

TSMG is seeking an experienced and highly skilled UAS Drone Pilot to join their team for operations across various sectors, including surveying, infrastructure inspection, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and emergency response. Key responsibilities include flying drones in diverse environments (urban, rural, industrial, hazardous) for geospatial data collection, performing photogrammetry, georeferencing, and aerial mapping missions, operating various payloads including LiDAR, RGB cameras, multispectral sensors with proper calibration, collecting and processing geospatial data using industry-standard software, and ensuring compliance with international regulations regarding drone operations. Required qualifications: strong knowledge of geospatial software (ArcGIS, QGIS, Pix4D, Agisoft) and drone flight management tools (DJI Terra, Litchi), expertise in flying drones in diverse environments, strong knowledge of drone flight systems and sensor calibration, familiarity with international regulations for drone operations, and high proficiency in data post-processing techniques including photogrammetry and georeferencing. Preferred: degree or diploma in UAS, Aviation, Geomatics, Engineering, or related field. FAA Part 107 certification required for US operations.
