Colorado River Basin Senior Manager

World Resources Institute (WRI) is hiring a Senior Manager to advance forest and nature-based solutions projects across the Upper Colorado River Basin. The role works alongside a team of experts in conservation, finance, management, forestry, hydrology, and geospatial analysis. Responsibilities split across utility and partner engagement (~60%), program management and fundraising (~30%), and communications (~10%). The Senior Manager will identify and develop forest and watershed restoration project pipelines, work with utilities and water agencies on outcome-based finance structures, manage cross-functional project delivery, and represent WRI in convenings across Colorado and Utah. Requires 10+ years of experience in nature-based solutions, forestry, climate resilience, water, or sustainable finance, plus a Master's degree in a related field. Salary range: $116,000-$146,000.
