Comprehensive Planning Support GIS Analyst

Woolpert seeks a GIS Analyst to support Air Force installations at Lackland AFB in San Antonio. This hybrid role requires four days on-site and one day remote. Primary Responsibilities: The position involves creating installation planning maps, performing complex geospatial analysis, migrating legacy data to military standards, and maintaining enterprise geodatabases. The analyst ensures compliance with Air Force and Department of Defense geospatial standards through quality assurance processes across multiple data types including land use plans, environmental constraints, transportation networks, and airfield systems. Key Requirements: U.S. citizenship and existing work authorization. Two to four years of geospatial experience. Two years with ArcGIS Desktop or Pro. Two years with Portal for ArcGIS/ArcGIS Online. Active Tier 1 security clearance or ability to obtain one. Strong technical and communication skills. Preferred Experience: Municipal planning, DoD installation planning, SDSFIE data standards, DAF GeoBase program, ArcGIS Data Reviewer, Agile methodologies, and enterprise GIS systems.
