Position Overview: The role supports the Air Force Civil Engineer Center's GeoBase Program, which manages Air Force Civil Engineering GIS data in an enterprise environment. The analyst works 4 days on-site at Lackland AFB and 1 day remotely, assisting with planning, development, delivery, and maintenance of training spanning instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials using AI/ML to convert documentation into instructor slides, video scripts, and educational products.
  • Optimize existing training content and create new DAF GeoBase training resources.
  • Maintain structured curriculum and training materials per the Training Plan.
  • Create instructor guides, lesson plans, student guides, presentations, practical exercises, assessments, and job aids.
  • Support client-approved delivery methods at CONUS/OCONUS locations or secure Government virtual environments.
  • Coordinate training schedules with Government points of contact.
  • Maintain version control and update materials as policies or workflows change.
  • Create and update the DAF GeoBase Program Knowledge Base.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Active Tier 1 Investigation (NACI) security clearance or the ability to pass one.
  • 1 year of training development/implementation experience.
  • 2 years of geospatial experience.
  • 2 years of ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) or ArcGIS Pro experience.
  • 2 years of Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online experience.
  • 1 year of AI/ML experience with generative models.
  • 1 year in a role requiring problem-solving, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Favored Experience: DAF GeoBase Program knowledge, GenAI.mil platform experience, military geospatial background (USAF 3E5, Army designations, USMC/Navy roles), military training experience, Agile/Atlassian expertise, Service Desk systems, geospatial imagery and lidar processing, CAD software, GPS/surveying, and DoD systems knowledge.

Compensation: $65,800 - $82,300 USD. No visa sponsorship available; work authorization required.
