Geographic Information Systems Manager

The City of Escondido seeks a Geographic Information Systems Manager for its Information Systems / Geographical Information Systems Division. The position requires strategic leadership of the city's Enterprise GIS program, including administration of ArcGIS platforms, data governance, and spatial analytics. The manager will oversee GIS integration with Cityworks asset management systems, lead spatial data development, and direct GIS staff while managing budgets and vendor relationships. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, geography, science, planning, engineering, or related field with GIS emphasis; six years of responsible GIS experience (full-time equivalent) with at least two years of administrative/supervisory responsibility; valid driver's license. Full-time, in-person position (no remote work). Salary $108,076.80 - $160,755.24 annually.
