Geophysical Data Processing Specialist

Woolpert seeks a Geophysical Data Processing Specialist for their Geospatial Maritime Data Processing Team. The role supports private sector oil & gas, offshore wind, environmental remediation, object detection, cable route design, utility detection, pipeline crossings, and offshore platform and utility inspection surveys. Daily responsibilities encompass processing marine geophysical data (side scan sonar, magnetometer, sub-bottom profiler), bathymetric data analysis using multibeam systems, vessel-based LiDAR processing, ROV inspection reviews, and technical reporting. Approximately 50% supplemental multibeam work across multisystem projects. Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, environmental science, ocean engineering, geology, geography, geophysics, oceanography, or related field required. Minimum 2 years processing marine geophysical and hydrographic data. Compensation $80,000 - $110,000 USD. Remote within United States.
