Responsibilities: The role involves processing and analyzing airborne and ground data using advanced techniques including LiDAR post-processing, photogrammetry, and terrain modelling. Key tasks encompass aerial triangulation, orthophoto rectification, DEM/DSM creation, and 3D mesh development. The processor contributes to quality assurance reviews, collaborates with team leadership, and ensures deliverables meet client specifications and accuracy standards across sectors like environmental conservation and urban planning.
Required Qualifications: Candidates need three years in geospatial work and formal training in Geography, Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, GIS, Remote Sensing, or a related field. Proficiency with GIS software (QGIS, Global Mapper, ESRI) is essential, along with expertise in geospatial data formats and coordinate systems. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to LiDAR, GIS, and remote sensing technologies (such as Terrasolid and Microstation) is advantageous.
