GIS Analyst II

Leads complex spatial analysis initiatives and develops workflows integrating GIS across organizational departments at Ardurra, a multidisciplinary engineering firm. Executes spatial analysis using geoprocessing, spatial statistics, and suitability modeling. Designs and documents data workflows streamlining GIS adoption across teams. Manages medium-to-large geospatial datasets with attention to accuracy and enterprise standards. Creates cartographic products, dashboards, and reports for diverse audiences. Provides technical GIS support to engineers, planners, and scientists. Trains junior staff on GIS tools and data management practices. Integrates data from GPS, CAD, remote sensing, and external sources. Collaborates with IT and database administrators on enterprise projects. Contributes technical input to proposals and budget estimates. Requires Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, Computer Science, or Environmental Science, 3-5 years professional GIS experience, proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, and geodatabase management, scripting knowledge (Python, ModelBuilder, Arcade).
