GIS Analyst

The City of Eagan is hiring a GIS Analyst at a salary range of $43.09 - $55.88 per hour, DOQ. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with benefits eligibility. This role involves supporting enterprise GIS infrastructure and asset management initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise systems, responding to service requests, designing web applications and dashboards, managing geospatial datasets, and providing cross-departmental GIS support and training. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in GIS or related field (or technical certificate with four years' Esri GIS experience), two years in municipal GIS, four years with Esri technologies, three years with enterprise geodatabases, one year administering ArcGIS Enterprise, one year GIS scripting/programming experience, and two years each with GPS workflows, relational databases, project coordination, and Microsoft Office Suite.
