GIS Data Analyst (Utilities)

Supports McKim and Creed's Water Asset Management team, focusing on data operations in water conservation and IoT sectors. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from IoT sensors, GIS systems, and client platforms to develop actionable insights, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Conducts daily quality assurance of meter, SCADA, and telemetry feeds. Provides clients with daily updates on event notifications and trend analysis. Manages inventory checks across project locations for field-deployable sensors. Coordinates with maintenance staff on product allocations and scheduling. Conducts weekly client meetings to review reports and identify service expansion opportunities. Requires Bachelor's degree in Geography/GIS, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 3-5+ years in data analysis, GIS, or IoT-related analytics, Python proficiency (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), strong SQL and database management skills, ArcGIS Pro competency, Survey123 and Field Maps experience.
