GIS Solution Engineer - Commercial

Esri seeks a GIS expert to join their account team as a Solution Engineer. This position involves advising customers on complex business challenges while demonstrating the value of GIS technology to identify patterns and trends. Key Responsibilities: Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team. Develop subject matter knowledge across multiple industries (Hi-Tech, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Insurance, Financial Services) and master ArcGIS capabilities. Create proposals that demonstrate how GIS addresses customer business challenges and align technology with organizational goals. Deliver technical demonstrations to diverse audiences and present at industry conferences. Required Experience: 2+ years working with Esri technology (mapping, spatial analysis, web applications); 1+ years in target industries; IT knowledge of ArcGIS infrastructure (hardware, storage, security, networking, cloud); Technical consulting and solution design background; Geodatabase and DBMS experience; Cloud computing familiarity (Azure or AWS); Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field; U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship); 25-50% travel.
