GIS Specialist - Information Technology

The City of Clermont is hiring a GIS Specialist within its Information Technology Department to organize and coordinate the development and maintenance of the City's Geographic Information System. Reporting to the IT Department Director, the non-exempt, overtime-eligible role covers GIS workflow coordination, data analysis for the Fire and Police Departments, website map management, ArcGIS administration, and participation in the IT support team. Required qualifications include an Associate's degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, or a related field, three years of GIS experience, CAD software proficiency, and a valid Florida Driver's License. Salary range $49,670.40 - $63,065.60 annually. Closing date is continuous.
