Core responsibilities: develop and maintain geodatabases for gas and electric assets; conduct QA/QC on spatial data and analytical outputs; administer ArcGIS Enterprise components; build web applications and field data collection solutions; create maps, dashboards, and analytical products for planning and regulatory compliance; collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning teams to integrate spatial data into utility workflows. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; advanced proficiency with ArcGIS tools in multi-versioned environments; strong spatial data analysis and communication abilities; valid Class C Driver's License. Preferred: experience with electric/gas facility planning; ArcGIS Utility Network model knowledge; familiarity with systems like OMS, SCADA, SAP, or Oracle; web application development and dashboarding tools experience.
