Hydrographic Survey Intern - Summer 2026

Woolpert seeks summer interns to support geospatial teams with surveying and data processing in San Rafael, CA. This full-time, 40-hour weekly paid internship involves assisting with hydrographic and geophysical data acquisition and processing for government and private clients. Responsibilities include data quality checks, learning hydrographic software tools, developing data management strategies, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of survey data products. Candidates should demonstrate strong learning desire, organizational skills, and teamwork commitment. Requirements include an understanding of hydrographic surveys, physical ability to work on vessels in coastal environments, willingness to spend 2-3 weeks in field work, and proactivity with new software tools.
