Infrastructure Mapping Specialist

Thurston County Public Works is hiring an Infrastructure Mapping Specialist to create and maintain stormwater, water, and sewer infrastructure maps through GIS updates, field data collection using GPS and inspection equipment, database management, and emergency response. The specialist locates infrastructure, inspects stormwater systems, prepares regulatory reports, and engages with the public regarding drainage concerns. The position requires field work using GPS receivers and inspection tools, and contributes to spatial data quality assurance and asset management. Full-Time, union-represented position eligible for overtime and benefits. Salary range: $5,959 - $7,926 monthly. Location: 9605 Tilley Road Southwest, Olympia, WA.
